The automatic Berthold Technologies tube luminometer LB 953 AutoLumat can be operated with the Windows based Tubemaster software.

Preset assay and measurement templates simplify the use in research and routine applications, e.g. reporter gene assays, ATP determination or cellular luminescence.

The data evaluation functions include ratio calculations and kinetic analysis. Raw data and processed ones can be exported and printed.

You can choose from a variety of basic measurement protocols:
