The new easy-to-use indiGOTM software has been developed together with users and covers a broad range of laboratory situations. Well organized menus and dialogue boxes help you to move easily through experiments. The application menus can be easily handled by drag & drop. Multi fluorescence measurements are possible, as well as different sequences and time courses.
Different software administration rights can be implemented for different users and projects, e.g. to apply new projects, do measurements or evaluations.
Most effort was spent on the analyse menu. Latest image processing methods like transparency, combined contrast settings or image overlay have been implemented. The apply function is very comfortable and time-saving, as the user can select one image and edit the image according to his needs. Afterwards he can apply his settings to all images of whole measurement series per mouse click. The data export to Excel is done automatically
indiGOTM software can be installed free of charge on different laboratory PCs to make image analysis at different places possible. For imaging captures the instrument LB 983 NightOWL II has to be installed.
- Presentation of luminescence, fluorescence or illuminated pictures in black and white or pseudocolor

- Color overlay of several files (such as illuminated image with luminescence image, or various fluorescent images or luminescent with fluorescent images)
- Line plot functions
- 3D-presentation
- Zoom function
- Automatic evaluation via threashold setting
- Data export into spreadsheet or graphical software packages
- Raw data and processed data are filed separately (according to GLP rules)
